At KinnSole, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@kinnsole.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email support@kinnsole.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@kinnsole.com. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
